What this website collects

This website has no contact forms, no user accounts and no advertising or tracking scripts.

Like every website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site securely and to produce anonymous visitor statistics.

If you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and message only to answer you and, if you become a customer, to provide our services.

This website does not place advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies or similar storage that are used are strictly necessary for the site to work, which is why we don't ask for consent.

If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your permission first and update this statement.

Links to other websites

The demo request page (dobtechsolutions.com/demo) and the platform login (restaurant.dobtechsolutions.com) are separate services. Their own privacy information applies there.

Ordering at a restaurant

When guests order or pay through the Restaurant by DTS platform at a venue, that restaurant decides what happens with its guests' data. We process that data on the restaurant's behalf to run the platform. Payments are handled by the restaurant's own payment provider, such as Mollie, Stripe or PayPal.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your question, and longer only where the law requires it (for example, tax records for customers).

Your rights

Under the GDPR (AVG) you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email info@dobtechsolutions.com and we will respond within one month.

You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
